Pierre Gauthier

Board Director, Founder

Pierre Gauthier has over 35 years of experience in the financial field. Mr. Gauthier’s attributes and skills include financial literacy, managerial experience, and the knowledge and experience attained through his service as a director of multiple public and private corporations. After graduating with an MBA, he worked as an investment banker and became involved in corporate finance, institutional sales (as manager) and research (as director). As the President of Fly Decibels Inc., a musical production company with promising artists, Mr. Gauthier combined his financial-investment-world experience with his passion for music


Richard Groome


Richard Groome is Managing Partner of Notre-Dame Capital Inc., a Montreal-based financial advisory firm, formerly licensed as an Exempt Market Dealer. His expertise is in the financing of small and mid-size emerging growth companies. Prior to starting this business in September 2005, he was SeniorVice-President of Strategic Capital from January 2003 through September 2005 and SeniorVice-President of Institutional Equity Sales from August 2001 to January 2003 at Desjardins Securities, a Quebec-based firm. Richard has been in the financial industry for more than 30 years at such firms as Groome Capital (his own firm), Marleau Lemire Securities, Sprott Securities and Levesque Beaubien Geoffrion. He has a BA in Economics from McGill University. Mr. Groome had actively participated on the board of several public companies. He was a member of the Board of the CDNX until 2001 and member of the National Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange until 2004. Mr. Groome is very active in several non-profit, charitable organizations specializing in helping underprivileged children and a member of Canada Company, a registered charity focusing on making sure Canadians, who serve or wish to serve in the Canadian Forces and Reserves, and their families receive the widest possible support, recognition and care they deserve.


Robert Bolduc


J.F. Robert Bolduc was the co-founder Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Matol Botanical International Ltd. between 1984 and 2005. Mr. Bolduc occupied the position of Chairman of the Multi-Level Marketing Association and served for years on the Board of Directors of the Direct Sellers Association both in the US and Canada. Mr. Bolduc is also a graduate of the Advance Management Program from the prestigious Harvard Business School University and was the President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Montreal, Canada. Robert was honored by making the cover/front page of the Quebec Entreprise magazine, a Canadian Entrepreneurial Business Magazine reviewing of the Direct Sales Home Based Business Industry, also featuring Avon and Party Light, both billion dollar companies. In 2004, Robert was selected to appear on the U.S. Scully world Show broadcasted across the U.S. on the Public Broadcast System (PBS) to do an Industry Review. Past guests on the highly respected show included Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and Steve Forbes.




Akon is a Senegalese American R&B and hip-hop recording artist, songwriter, record producer and businessman. He rose to prominence in 2004 following the release of "Locked Up", the first single from his debut album Trouble. He has since founded two successful record labels, Konvict Muzik and Kon Live Distribution. His second album, "Konvicted" received three nominations for the Grammy Awards in two categories, Best Contemporary R&B Album for "Konvicted" album and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Smack That" and "I Wanna Love You". He is the first solo artist to hold both the number one and two spots simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 charts twice

Michel Zgarka is an experienced executive with a successful career of over 35 years in the productions, communications, marketing, financial engineering and business development fields. He is a highly skilled in strategic and creative planning, marketing and personnel management for the media industry. Mr. Zgarka has produced, directed and distributed numerous film and television productions for the international marketplace, including “GUMMYBAR” which garnered over 6 billion views on You Tube.. He has been a guest speaker at over 50 international entertainment industries events as well as the Delegate general of the Montreal Israeli Film Festival whose celebrating its 13th year anniversary in 2018. He is persuasive and possesses excellent communication skills that help build strong relationships. He is a rigorous and creative strategist with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing corporate objectives.

Jorge Diaz - SVP Business Development


Mr. Diaz has an MBA in Financial Engineering. Jorge has over 25 years experience as Financial Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he developed activities in structuring investment portfolios, evaluation of investment projects, valuation of derivative instruments and securities. Jorge has participated in mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuation, due diligence and compliance, business acquisitions and asset management projects in USA, Canada, Europe and Latin America.


Dan Brisson - CTO


Dan Brisson’s successful, 30-plus-year career in technology product development spanning senior and

executive roles in global corporations, startups and reboots. As CTO at Hitlab, Dan brings a wealth of expertise in product development as well as long-term research and development, as well as specialized experience conducting deep analysis with background in (AI/ML) Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and developing complex mission-critical systems architecture. Dan has always taken a hands-on approach as a passionate software & technology developer from the 1980’s until today.

Dan has formerly served as Founder and CEO of MobilityGo Inc., a mobile technology company; most

recently as CTO role to “reboot” industrialize a startup from prototype to production; CTO and Research

Director of Mecanica Solutions Inc., an international PLM technology company within Aerospace and

Automotive engineering; and CEO of TechnoCandy Corporation, an online technology company back in

1998. His experience in both research and development and executive roles makes him an invaluable


Christian Roberge - VP Technology

Christian Roberge is a specialist in signal processing. He holds a PhD in image processing: three-dimensional scene recognition, a master of speech recognition and a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. With more than 25 years of experience in multiple software applications using his signal processing knowledge. He worked in robotic vision in industrial welding environment and in image processing for many different satellites. He worked in classification of forestry images and in the health field for mammography analysis and for retinal disease.

Charbel Khawand - Software Development Consultant


After earning a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Charbel has been working in the software industry as a Software Engineer and Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in software development, including desktop, web and mobile applications. Charbel is also experienced in client servicing and bid submissions. Over the years Charbel mastered several project management techniques and acquired the PMP and the Scrum Master certificates. Charbel Supervises full development lifecycles and manages the technical development.

Chloe Bertrand - U+IX Design


Chloé Bertrand is an interaction designer and a digital creative. She has more than 15 years of experience working on interactive media projects. She specializes in the entertainment and cultural field; on her book, many convergent and transmedia projects associated to television, cinema and exhibition space. She touches web, application and game design as well on the side of user experience as interface design.

Jean-Sébastien Dussault - Brand and UX design


Jean-Sébastien has professionally been in digital content creation and multimedia industry since 1991. Coming from urbanist and architectural experiences, working on the creation of the “new Forum” (now Centre Bell) in Montréal and the Bois-Franc residential project in Ville Saint-Laurent for Daniel Arbour & associés, he joined Montreal’s Architectes Legault-Larue and their Atelier d’Architecture Imagine as programmer, 3D modeler and animator for the award-winning project Villes Virtuelles which created the first scale-accurate 3D city computer model for Montréal’s Downtown and London’s City area, developing new ways to accelerate city regulations acceptance for city planning and new construction projects.

JS' professional path turned towards graphic design and new media, working on several branding, multimedia, 3D animation and television productions. Projects and clients included the Cité du multimédia for the Groupe Vaugeois and the Quebec government, 3D lighting simulations for Société de transport de Montréal, Opening credits for tv productions, and animation for Juste pour Rire / Just for Laugh. These days, he is pushing the use of design process in User experience, brand creation and management, and marketing strategies.
